131t.jpgGalion 118 G Road Grader, 13’ Mold Board, Detroit Diesel 471, Runs well and Uses Little Oil, Unknown Hours, 104” Wide, 121” Tall, 25’10” Long, Approx. Weight 27,000 lbs., This was a back-up grader for the most part with a tight blade. The throw out bearing on the clutch needs to be replaced. You can start it in gear to move it. No leaks, only a few drips. The steering wheel is bypassed, and you use one of the levers to turn the tires. The left front drive tire needs shims around the axle. Machine has no brakes but aren’t needed when you have a 13’ blade to stop you. A great machine for someone who is mechanically inclined to figure out the tricks of an older machine. If you have a large yard or driveway to maintain this is the machine for you, this wouldn’t be a machine you would put to work building I-75

140t.jpgGalion 118 B Road Grader, 13’ Mold Board, Detroit Diesel 671, Strong Running, Uses No Oil, Unknown Hours, 18.4-26 Tires, All Hold Air Well Except the Right Rear Leaks Down Over a Month, Fully Functional and Ready to Work. Comes with a Parts List Book and Operator's Manual, 104” Wide, 131” Tall, 25’10” Long, Approx. Weight 27,000 lbs., Used this grader weekly for the past eight years to grade a race track until upgrading to a newer grader. Has a few hydraulic leaks that could be fixed with some O-rings in the valve body of the controls and the pivot block on the blade. The pins and bushings have some wear. The pinion makes noise but has been doing so the past six years. The steering wheel is bypassed, and you use one of the levers to turn the tires. The right rear tire has the drive chain disconnected because it would break the keyways on the axle shaft.
