Machine has no brakes but aren’t needed when you have a 13’ blade to stop you. A great machine for someone who is mechanically inclined to figure out the tricks of an older machine. The pinion makes noise but has been doing so the past six years. The steering wheel is bypassed, and you use one of the levers to turn the tires. The right rear tire has the drive chain disconnected because it would break the keyways on the axle shaft. Machine has no brakes but aren’t needed when you have a 13’ blade to stop you. 9901.This is an Online Only Auction that OPENS on THURSDAY, September 6 and begins CLOSING on WEDNESDAY, September 12 at 7:00 PM Note: Items will Close at a rate of 3 items per minute. This auction will feature our AUTOMATIC EXTENSION SYSTEM (See Info. Below in Term '9905'). PAYMENT will be made directly to the Seller with Cash or Certified Bank Check (Bank Check Must Be Made Out To Individual Seller NOT Albrecht Auction Service). NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED FOR THIS AUCTION! Any other form of payment would need to be approved in advance by the Individual Seller. There is a BUYER'S PREMIUM added to All Items. The Buyer's Premium ranges from 6% down to 3% (See Info. Below in Term '9904'). (This is a brief Listing of Terms, Click on the tabs 'Register to Bid' at the top of our Webpage to See Additional Terms). We recommend Inspecting the items and talking to the Seller before bidding.
.FIRST TIME BIDDERS: In order to bid, you must first register on our site by clicking the "Register to Bid" button at the top of our webpage. Read through the terms, fill in the required personal information, submit it, and you will instantly receive an e-mail containing your permanent online Bidder Number. HOW TO BID: First, locate the item that you would like to bid on. Next, place your "Maximum Bid" in the box to the far right of the item listing (The column will be titled "Maximum Bid"... scroll to the top of the page to see column headings.). Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your Bidder Number and Password in the appropriately labeled boxes. Click "Submit Bids." Read and follow the on-screen instructions. NOTE: A "Maximum Bid" is your top dollar bid. When you place a "Maximum Bid," our computer software will bid for you (up to that top dollar amount) as other bidders bid against you. If the bidding stops before the bid reaches your top dollar amount, you will get the item for the current bid price (which may be much less than your "Maximum Bid"). E-mail us at if you have any questions!
.FORGOT BIDDER NUMBER OR PASSWORD? Call our Office at 989.823.8835 or Click "Forgot Bidder # or PW?" at the top of our webpage.
.BUYER'S PREMIUM: A Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased (this becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice). Items selling up to $25,000 = 6% Buyer's Premium; $25,001 to $50,000 = 5% BP; $50,001 to $100,000 = 4% BP; $100,001 and over = 3% BP.
.BIDDING EXTENSION: On the final day of the auction, the bidding time remaining on an item will display below the "Maximum Bid" box. If an item receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of its closing, bidding time will be extended on that item. When bidding is extended, the countdown will turn red. Bidding will close on an item when there is no more bidding activity within the bidding extension.
.GROUP EXTENSION: Group extension will work in harmony with our existing automatic Bidding Extension feature (See Term '9905' Above). Albrecht Auction will sometimes group together similar items in an internet auction and place them in a bidding extension group. If a bid is placed on a grouped item within the last three minutes of its closing, ALL ITEMS WITHIN THAT GROUP will receive an automatic bidding extension! When no more bidding has occurred on any item in a group for the specified time, all items in that group will close simultaneously. NOTE: When similar items are included in a group for bidding extension, you can bid aggressively on any one item in the group until you have met/exceeded the price you are willing to pay for that item. You can then shift to any other item in the group without worrying that it closed out while you were aggressively bidding on another.
.INSPECTION DATES: All Equipment is available for Inspection (By Appointment) with the Individual Seller. The Sellers Location, Name, and Phone Number are Listed Next to Each Item. Call the Seller to Make an Appointment. Call Albrecht Auction for questions about the online bidding process. We can place bids for you if you need assistance!

This feature only works if you are LOGGED IN.
.REFRESH: On the final day of the auction, the bidding time remaining on an item will display below the "Maximum Bid" box. Below the bidding time remaining will be a "Refresh" button. As items near their closing time, BE SURE TO CLICK THE "REFRESH" BUTTON OFTEN FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE BIDS!
.Click the item number, the "more pics" link or the photo to the left of an item's description to view additional photos.
.EASIEST WAY TO WATCH THE AUCTION CLOSE: ALL "OPEN ITEMS": When the Auction begins closing on WEDNESDAY, September 12 at 7:00pm*, you will be able to view all "Open Items" that bidding has not yet closed on. The "Open Items" link (located towards the top center of a page of listings in the "Select Category" drop-down menu; also located just above the item listings - on the right hand side) works just like the "Refresh" button, but for ALL ITEMS listed in the auction. HOW TO SELECT ALL "OPEN ITEMS": Click on the "Select Category" box towards the top of any page of item listings. A list will drop down - click on "ALL OPEN ITEMS" and only items currently open for bidding will display on the page. ALBRECHT AUCTION AND SELLER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Assets are sold in their actual current condition, with all faults and defects, and with all errors of description. ALBRECHT AUCTION'S or the SELLER'S liability to a purchaser will never exceed the purchase price actually paid for an asset. Bidders accept all auction assets "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining actual current condition through personal inspection and careful review of the description, pictures, video and/or support documentation. Every bidder agrees that his or her decision to bid and the amount he or she bids have been based solely on his or her own independent inspection and evaluation of the auction assets. Bidders are strongly advised by ALBRECHT AUCTION to take care to satisfy all questions or concerns about the auction process, bidding process or auction assets before placing a bid.
.Watch List Feature: Once you are logged in by placing a bid on a single item, you can go to any item and see a 'watch' link under the bid box. If you click on 'watch' it will put the item in your 'review bids' list. When you are looking at your 'review bids' list, you can hide the item once you no longer want to watch the item. This feature only works if you are LOGGED IN.
.Quick Bid Link: A 'submit bid' link is now available underneath the bid box for each item. Once logged in, you can begin using the submit bid link by each item instead of scrolling to the bottom of the page to submit the bid.
.Decimal Point Required: To help reduce the number of bidding errors, bidders are now required to use the decimal when bidding. If you forget the decimal, it will not accept your bid when you hit submit. It will display "There is a problem with the bid you are trying to place. A decimal point is required." Note: You are not required to use the zeros after the decimal. Example: A bid of '5.' will record as 5.00 .
.Next Bid Required: If you'd like to automatically place the "Next Bid Required", simply click on the bid amount listed in that column (underlined in blue) and it will automatically be entered in the "Max Bid" box.
